Falling isn't just for the weak.
Highs are not the domain of only "lucky" people and strong personalities.
Both of them happen to everyone, without exception.
 
"Fall to the Bottom"
this is a huge potential to be able to arise, to start something completely different, different, a different me.
 
To be able to "bounce" strongly, you need to have something "below your feet",

which will become our ground, a springboard from which we will be able to jump off.
 
Being somewhere in between, we remain in a certain "vacuum" that absorbs us without the possibility of breaking out, holding on to it... and maybe that's when it's worth "letting go"...
 
To be able to stand out, we need "ground under our feet"...
 
Falls always teach us something.
 
They stop us for a while, perhaps to rest.
 
They change the perspective.
 
They are the engine of change.
 
"Being reborn" is a beautiful and valuable skill whose only enemy is fear and lack of faith in ourselves.
Each of us is a beautiful Phoenix with huge wings to be able to start over, start a new, next chapter of our lives.
I wish all of us this faith, courage and trust in ourselves and in life.
